Yup, as a matter of fact I made individual bird houses of Mo, Larry and Curly, ears and all at my last house. Also cut huge pumpkins with all 3 faces in it a few years in a row for Halloween. They turned out pretty good. Love the stooges. Every now and again, I can be heard paging Dr Howard, Dr Fine, Dr Howard in our dept at the hospital.  ;D

too bad how Curly died and so young too.  :(

YeaH, I am fan.
Watched them in the mornings before going to school, hmmmm....wonder if that is why I got into so much trouble with the nuns.  ???

I read somewhere that 95% of stooges fans are male.

I don't have a pic, of the the poster right now, but for last Xmas I hung a framed poster of them right inside the main entrance of my ex lawyers office of the legal team Dewey , Cheatem & Howe.      I thought it was appropriate! I don't think she did!      Head

uh, that would be affirmative. these guys were great and could be enjoyed on many levels. ok two:

slap stick and general silliness and also the social commentary.


there was a dramatized biography of sorts a few years ago.

yeah we had them in australia aswell on tv,,i came to australia in 65 from england i was 6 years old,,in adelaide at my first school here at play time a few boys said lets play the three stooges(ide never seen it)next minute i get a finger in the eye,,followed by a "nyuck nyuck nyuck",,then a kid screams "hey moe!"and a kid gets pushed over,,then i get a nose pinch,,,,,what ???i still love those old shows.

did anyone else hear the rumor about a Three Stooges move for next year? they were talking about it last week on a local radio station. Used to watch them religiously on channel 11 late at night on the weekends as a kid.
When I was back for Thanksgiving in St. Louis I saw that 11 still runs it late at night like they used to.

That was one big, heavy pumpkin. It took me an hour to clean it out and shave it down to the right thickness just so I could carve it. Then, I stupidly did another one the following year.

Larry's nostril would droop since it is a thin cut so I took a toothpick and propped it up.  :D

As for the woodworking... I miss my scroll saw. I can't wait to set up a workshop again. It's all still in boxes from the move. No room. sigh.

larry was best in the early ones. afterward it seemed like the writing marginalized him.

liked them all but curly was my favorite. by all i don't mean curly joe or any of the other curly wanna be. shemp had his moments too.
