Since Google ( rocks and ) has already assimilated this thread if you search for something similar enough to the subject, I will answer my own question with regards to the my specific application;
Ken at CycleX uses Napa plug wire with part number 734903. They sell it by the foot for 1.49 and you can buy the ends there too. It was special order from my local outlet though.
In the interest of getting this done today I went to a local speed shop and basically bough a set of Accel SuperStock wires. It was a set for a v8 and I used 4 of them with the NGK resistor plug ends that Ken sent with the ignition setup. It runs and revs ok sitting still. Once I get it on the road and see how it goes I will update this thread. Hopefully over the long weekend.
It seems that the distilled version of the story without getting technical at all is that as long as you buy a resistor wire you are fine. Just avoid solid core wires.
