Spreaaaaaaaad OUT!!!

I can't decide, they combine to form the holy trinity of comedy- take away one and you lose it all.

larry was best in the early ones. afterward it seemed like the writing marginalized him.

liked them all but curly was my favorite. by all i don't mean curly joe or any of the other curly wanna be. shemp had his moments too.

My thoughts too! Curly was the Best, even though Moe, Larry AND Shemp had their moments. Never did like the others either. I'd just a soon that there were only TWO Stooges than have to watch those other 2 Joes. ::)

(Wish they would do some Abbott and Costello now and then too. They used to do Laurel and Hardy off and on, but haven't seen them in quite a spell.) Not trying to hijack my own thread, just making a statement. ;)

I've changed the title of this because, as I stated, the Marathon has started! 8)

Did anyone see the movie where  Moe Larry and Curly were stooges and Shemp played another part? He was a serious actor until the stooges needed him. They also told Curley he was too good looking to be a stooge so he shaved his head to convince them he could do it.

  Don't think I knew that.

This was the last short he was in before his death. He had already had a few strokes at this point. It's also the only time you see the 4 of them together, Mo, Larry, Shemp and Curly.
