Dynatek or Accel coils ???

witch one is better?
 the Accel 140403

Dynatek ???? someone recommended the 5 ohms but Dynatek recommend 3 ohms for using Dyna S ?????? also witch secondary resistor do I need??

I'm using Accel coils with Hondaman's box and 1 ohm resistor pack.
Found a complete se on Fleabay for $125.-
Good spark, just don't overtorque the clamps or you may crack them.
