CB750- Differences in front disc
« on: January 08, 2010, 07:00:50 AM »
What is the difference in a front disc between say K1 and K5? They list different part numbers.

EBC has replacement rotors for K5+ but not for K2 and earlier. I think its just the thickness?

I cant recall any difference, except the early discs had a square shoulder on the carrier.. You should be able to mix any year..

I just measured a K7, K0 and K6.  They all seemed to be between 7.5 and 7.7mm
K6
K7
Suzuki GN400 - Ignition fixed!
03 KLR650 - Doesn't do anything very well but.. well.. does everything.

I have a 75F that's much thinner. Maybe it was just the Fs.

Any other difs between the early and the late Ks? K0 v K6/7?

Maybe as 754 says it was a cosmetic change on the carriers?

OOps my fault. The EBC rotor fits the 77-78K and the 75-76F. Nothing else.

Wonder why, seems odd. But its the same part number for both bikes.

But none other
