Sorry for my ignorance, I'm new to motorcycles. But am learning quickly from sohc..
the gsxr front end only uses 320mm rotors? or 300 and 320mm? I guess I'm really just confused about between compatibility different bikes... As far as rotor diameter goes, it depends on the bike? Also I have seen some rotors that have offset? GSXR rotors are flat right no offset right?
I've seen some Harley rotors on ebay thought that might be cool to avoid re-drilling. but Im guessing they must not fit or i probably would have seen them used already.

Again sorry for my lack of knowledge, trying to learn.

it's cool man we all started as noobs somewhere.

the reason for using the 320mm rotors is
(1) they fit with re-drilling
some rotors have a machined out area that makes re-drilling impossible

and the bolt pattern in other rotors is way too big.

(2) they're big and big brakes looks cool
(3) you could possibly use the harley rotors, but the biggest harley rotors are 292mm or 11.5in
most of them have a dumb looking dish pattern, what I consider a "non sportbike" look to them.

but I have found one I liked if only it was bigger.

I think I'll stick to the rotor list I posted, unless someone comes up with a better substitute.

I don't feel like drawing any more pictures of the fender bracket I'll just do it and show pics.

good news!! I got the wheel I was watching for $27 shipped.

the reason I got it so cheap was, it was listed as "Chrome Laced Wheel" and it's got a bent lip
(which is why I practiced straightening wheels)

I also made some brackets for my gauges today.
they're still not in the "finished" stage, but here's the mock up.

Had to file off the stand-offs that hold the clipons in place and drill and tap some holes for additional bolts.

they're made out of the scraps from the aluminum headlight ears.

that looks REALLY good!! i have to ask though, information about your gauge lights PLEASE!!! look to be LED, or maybe a LED ring, but how'd you control the light spread so evenly!!! sweet project, i LOVE the look of that beefy, gold front end!!!

For maximum confusion, I'll answer all the questions out of order.

The gauges have 80mm 24-LED halos behind custom faces I made in photoshop.
I should have made a thread on it, cause it's pretty involved.

The wheel hasn't arrived yet, it should be here tomorrow or the next day and I'll fix it and take before and after pics.

the GSXR master cylinder has a very narrow mounting clamp, so it should fit in there no problem.
I still have some major steps before completion and then there's some detailing and the addition of some custom pieces I haven't made yet.
fender brackets, 2.5'' bar extensions (I don't like the narrowness of the clipons), changing all the hardware to metric Allen bolts, and general fit and finish of all the things I had to make.

But I'm getting so close, maybe another month or so!
I'm excited to do a ride-along test video.

i've mad a halo before for some "angel eyes" on an old street bike, but they only used 2 LED's. please do a writeup on that, i would love to upgrade my lighting in the gauges!!!

the halos I used were 24 LED.
I'll do a writeup on it sometime, I get the question all the time.

ya man, that'd be great!!! or at least just show me or send me some pics of what you used, i think i could figure it out. thought on using flexible LED strips instead? i bet that wouldn't look too bad?? in a bluish/white like yours, or a red....
