extrude honing
« on: January 08, 2010, 03:15:49 PM »
does anyone here know much about the process, is it something worth trying on a 750 head? i just read an article in an old old hotrod magazine from the late 80's talking about it and i wondered if the process was still being used today for porting and the pros and cons as compared to porting with the rotary tools.

I read a article on it years ago in a car rag.  Seemed to be a good process as it is pumped through and takes material off at the resistance points.  Seemed awful expensive at the time though.
