I heard this from a fellow worker at an Auto Part & Engine Rebuild Business, where I worked putting short blocks together. I was driving freezeplugs into a Pontiac 389 block. I was using this homemade driver that we were furnished with. I raised the hand held sledge hammer and as I hit the driver to put that one freezeplug in, the thing tilted, causing the hammer to hit the engine block (with my right thumb between the hammer and the engine block. Man, I was in severe pain and that other guy spouts off, saying "It'll Feel Better, When It Quits Hurting!" I promise you, it my thumb didn't hurt so bad, I would have hit HIM with that hammer! To say that I was Mad, would be an understatement!
I can STILL hear him saying that!
