rig a pulley system at the top of your stairs, with one end on your frame, and the other on your beer fridge.  fill the fridge with just enough beer to make the weights offset and guide your bike up the stairs.  come back and drink enough beer to easily carry the fridge back to where it belongs.

depending on how big that landing is, looks like you might get to build some new railing! i had a buddy that built a 68 fastback in his backyard... after getting a quote from a local crane company, we tore into the garage and installed a second garage door in the back... boy was his wife pissed especially when she came home to find a huge hole in the back of the garage, the washer and dryer in the kitchen, and us completley wasted giggling like little school girls... he stayed at my house that night. good luck, make sure someone is holding a camera! this should be well documented!!!

the newer the house the better, easier to take apart! make sure those stairs are going to be able to support the weight. 3 or 4  200 lb guys and a 400 something lb bike. now you have to photo document!!! this could make you youtube rich ;D

Put it together and just leave the front fender off if there is a fender support on the front portion.
Get a couple of friends to help.
Get the bike to the first step. Get in front and grab the front wheel at the top between the spokes and rotate the wheel to pull it up one step at a time.
Works like a charm.

Rotating the wheel works very good, better than just pulling.. fenders off helps.. and it will stopp on the steps, if wheelbase is right.. Hope the stairedges hold up..

Yes, beer is a wonderful lubricant.

Do you think I can get it around the corner? Its about a 4x4 landing. I think a constant supply of beer may make the whole process go smoother.

depends on how the stairs are built, i wouldnt fret over it to much... after all it is a new house. now if it was my house, no bike is going up my stairs... lots of shoddy post ww2 crap! just take it slow and easy, you'll be fine. and remove as much weight as possible!
