I believe that bike was the"Atchison/Topeka/Santafe"   If correct, It blew up, nearly Killing Russ, who later petioned to have 3 engined  1/4 milers banned. G

It most certainly was  - named after the RR line. It blew my mind when Russ first unveiled it. He gave it up when it did indeed almost kill him and built the Sorcerer - the V8 CB750 based twin.
