Here's a review and a link in the review to the manufacturer. If you like riding you need to be in one piece to enjoy it. Highvelocitygear offers a $30. discount to members of motorcycle forums:

Ive heard great things about this company....

http://www.forcefieldbodyarmour.com/

If you read "Overland to India" - journey by Royal Enfield - he used this companys body armour under his regular clothes. Its breathable and flexible.

cheers

I should invest in a better set....I just have the armour in my Joe Rocket jacket and sure it is better than nothing but not as good a proper set of full armour.

I really love their stuff.  Like any armor it gets a little warm under jeans if you're walking around for any amount of time, but if you're riding, it's perfect. :)

Webbikeworld also reviewed  Forcefield's products as mentioned in the review and made some comments on comfort and protection. It's all good.

I have no dog in this fight. Hope I would never need either!

I got the Forcefield full pants.  My only gripe is that mine were a little big, but I ordered the 'small' instead of 'xsmall'.  My fault.  ::)  They still fit relatively snugly except in the waist, which I doubled over.  (I'm short and slight.)  You can still see the thigh/hip padding through the jeans but the knees and butt disappear.  I did a semi-no-no and took a couple of the layers out of the thighs figuring a lot of riding pants don't have more than 'comfort foam' armor anyway. That way they disappeared altogether, which is kind of hard to do in jeans with a chick's figure.  A guy might not have the same problems.

On a hot day, I would sweat if I was off the bike for a long period of time, but they're not unbearable.  If you ride to somewhere with AC you'd be fine walking around, then hopping back on your bike. I wore them to ride to the Country Fair in 90 degree weather and really liked them.  I could hop off my bike and just look like I was wearing comfy, broken in jeans.  I don't much like the "ricky racer" look of sportbike gear, especially not on classic bikes like this.

The downside was wearing them to ride to work, then having to take them off/put them on in the locker room.  I've since gotten Olympia overpants for those quick 10mi jaunts to/from work and school, etc, but I use the Forcefield armor for anything longer.  The knees from the Forcefield armor have been put in my overpants and go into whatever I'm wearing because the quality is just that good. The holes in the armor padding, especially the knees, are noticeable over about 30mph, where you actually feel the cool air coming in.

I'm hoping to get a top eventually, but probably will just go with the shoulder/elbow/back pieces cuz they're more versatile and I'm not made of money.
As much as I dislike the concept of not wearing full gear, there's just something so chill about hopping on a bike just wearing a hoody and pair of jeans and being able to walk in somewhere without looking like you're ready to hit the track.

To lessen heating issues and increase flexibility, I opted for Thor Quadrant knee guards with the Forcefield shorts. For the upper, I wanted CE protection, comfort and flexibility to wear under a shirt or jacket and I liked the look of the Juggernaut more than the Forcefield. I checked both out and for the money, Juggernaut seemed as good a choice.
