And Now we have a roller!

The front end looks sooo empty!!! I am debating if I want to run a stubby short fender or if I should run no fender at all.

If you don't run a front fender you should run a brace.

I may run a brace even with a front fender. I have a CNC machine that's almost ready to start cutting parts. I think I might machine a brace that will work well with my dust boots.

Lol yea.. that might not exactly be a bad thing.

So I don't intend to ride in the rain.. however Colorado's weather is notorious for changing by the minute. I think I am going to move forward on the fender while I am drawing up a fork brace.

Made a rough sketch. I was actually thinking of how to incorporate the stock fender after its chopped or potentially a fiberglass or carbon/kevlar fender. It would be much easier if my lower fork tubes were not so short. What's nice is I should have access to a nice 3D printer in the next few weeks and can print a prototype to help ensure my dimensions are accurate.

Well.. when I make a batch of them.. there will be plenty to go around! I hope to get a brace printed on a 3D printer in the next few weeks.. then I'll make an aluminum prototype.

So more ugly bits turned to shiny bits:

Hate to say it.. but I have a few harbor freight tools.. some were not worth the cardboard boxes they came in.. others.. Like the motorcycle lift... I am very impressed with. Money well spent!
