I would assume a HD, due to it not being flat...

It was a generic $20 seat. I think I got it from dennis kirk.

Doubtful they keep pricing from five years ago.

...doesn't look like you have much support at the front of the seat...does it "fall over" toward the gas tank?

No, its actually quite stable with very little movement. I like it quite a bit more than the old seat.
