Located a pretty decent oil leak coming from the points shaft, so that needs to be checked out. Also, need a new crush washer for the oil drain plug which is leaking a bit.

A pic of it up on the trailer. Found out that the wheel chock I bought from Northern Tool actually broke during transit. The rear rivets popped out of the base in the back. Luckily it stayed together and in place long enough to make the trip. That would have been real bad... Crap rivets, crap flawed design. It's getting returned.


It will sit here in my parent's garage for a couple of months until I move this summer and have a place to work on it. I'm currently house shopping.

The tank needs some white on it with red pin striping between the colors like the seat.

I was thinking about doing some red pinstriping on the tank and side covers. I'm contemplating changing the seat, so I don't want to paint anything white. I found a guy that makes a CB750F seat with a modified pan that has a better shaped tail than mine. I think it would really help clean up the back end of the bike.

I should be closing on my "new" house this week! I will have a garage, so I will finally be able move my bike in soon. I would like to get it completed during the winter months.
