my nomination for dip#$%* of the year

i was coming out of shooters choice this evening, this is a local gun shop and firing range. and a stupid, skinny little bastard comes up as i'm unlocking my car and demands money and then a ride. i have a pistol case in my left hand and 2 rifle cases slung over my shoulder. i pulled my .45 out from under my sweater and asked him if he was totally #$%*ing stupid? i bet the dumb #$%* is STILL running.  ;D  i'm not normally a person that wants to hurt others but a little part of me was hoping he didnt take off.

when i went back in to tell the west columbia cop that was in there about what happened, everyone in there had a good laugh. i mean, i was carrying enough guns to start a revolution but this dumbass STILL tries to rob me.

Bucky Katt, that is epicly hilarious!!! Dumbass... Could you have legally winged him??? I mean who do you think he may have robbed after cleanin out his pants??? Heh thats a funny story too... unless he has a weapon or i'm legitametly in fear for my life, no this state does have whats called a castle doctrine law and it DOES extend to vehicles but in tonights situation with no weapon present i'd have gone to jail tonight and prison eventually if i shot the guy.

Well good for you for showing restraint... I would hate to see the fuzzycycle sittin in the shed waitin for you to get out of the big house so soon after finishing it!!! Great story though, I teared up a little I was laughing so hard!

probably 95% of the class you have to take to get your concealed weapon license is the laws concerning carrying a gun. we have some pretty easy laws compared to alot of places (new england is one) concerning handguns BUT theres still a ton of places you cant carry and very specific laws concerning just when and where you can shoot someone. one good thing is that if you kill someone thats either robbing or hurting you and you kill them. the mutts family cannot sue you in civil court, not a thing they can do when their "loved one" tries to kill my ass and i kill him first. no, i've been to jail and i dont want to go back ever again.

      Ha! Ha! Outstanding Jeff! I can only imagine how he acted, when he realized what an enormous mistake he could have made! ;D I laughed outloud, when I read that and my Daughter thought I was cracking up!  AND I WAS! :D

       BTW, as others have stated, Way to go for shwoing the restraint too!

Perfection. Maybe the guy was dyslexic and thought he was robbing someone outside the "Nug Range" :P
Alaska's CC is real easy.  Any law abiding citizen may carry a concealed handgun.  There are a few restrictions on where you can carry, but they are few in number.
