All Manning had to do was get a couple of series in to read their blitzes and secondary coverage. Then he made his adjustments, he is truly an incredible football mind.

Oh Favre, I get it.

I can't really hold it against him. What ever your life is, football, or teaching or whatever, you don't really ever retire or you'll likely die.

As long as Favre or whoever can breathe and draw a paycheck doing what they love, why not. Try and maintin some dignity, but going out at the top, not necessary.

Its easy to get confused.

Still I hope Manning spanks them.

Well, I'm disappointed our Vikings won't be going to the Superbowl.
It's been a great year and very entertaining to watch, and that's what the game's about.
Favre is an amazing talent, and really brought the team together this year. 

Damn, I can't wait until spring so I can get on the bike and stop caring about crap on TV.

Not really a fan of the game but it is hard to ignore it with the the constant over hyping.  The big question in Minnesota all season was when would the "reckless" Farve reappear.  They even had a Farve-o-Meter in the paper.  I guess he played very well all season but that last interception was just plain stupid and reckless.  He could have easily run for about 10 yards and put them in field goal range with a few seconds left.  I am actually a bit relieved they lost as the team is trying to get taxpayer funding for a new stadium to the tune of around  700 million dollars and a Super Bowl win would have just added to the pressure.  No sad eyes here. ;)  Go Saints.
