i have a viper fairing i'm ready to paint, it's the one that you see all over flea-bay for 49.95 or so. it's some kind of black plastic and i really dont want to use the wrong paint on it.
Of all God's creatures there is only one that cannot be made the slave of the lash. That one is the cat. If man could be crossed with the cat it would improve man, but it would deteriorate the cat.

Found this in the FAQ at http://www.craigvetter.com/pages/Vetter_Fairings/Frequently%20asked%20questions.html

What kind of paint should I use?
The original factory paint was catalyzed urethane paint. It is very common today because of the plastic bumpers on cars. Check with your local auto paint people.

Hope it helps.
