My question is. Does anyone have a higher resolution scan of page 224 of the Honda CB750 Shop Manual? I'm trying to make a colorized version but I'm having trouble reading some of the color codes in from the two version posted in the Manuals thread. I'm trying to reference the diagram from the Clymer diagram but some of the colors seem to be different from what the shop manual has.

I think I found a better one posted on the main SOHC4.net page. I can read it more easily. I'm still interested in a higher DPI scan if anyone has one.

I found one listed as a K3-K7 wiring diagram, hope this helps.

That full color diagram looks like it came from oldmanhonda.com. There are other good ones there for other Honda models, but not all are in color like this one.
Current Rides:
1975 cb550K
1975 cb750K
1967 Bridgestone 350GTR

Past Rides:
1988 400 Hawk
195? Schwinn Whizzer

That's the same image from the Clymer manual. One thing that's different from the official Honda Shop Manual and the Clymer diagrams are the tail light wire colors. They should be Green/Yellow, Brown, and Green according to Honda. The Clymer image shows Green\Yellow, Red, and Green. I'll have to make a trip out to my garage to see which one is correct.

Might be helpful. This is from the shop manual, don't remember which page exactly - enlarged and level corrected gif. Convert it to RGB and add the coloring and it will print out 11x17 with good resolution.

The colored one above is from the Clymer manual and... it's wrong.

I wouldn't mind if you posted your colored version back up here if you were of a mind  ;D

It is, but for my purposes tracking into the bucket it was correct.

To give that page a go see if you can get it out of the manual as a PDF, then drop it in photoshop and tell it the res you want it at. Straighten it out, correct the levels so the text is reasonably clear and sharp (it helps to drop it into a 2 or 3 color indexed gif file after adjusting levels) then convert it back to RGB and overlay whatever you want on it.

Hmmm, that particular portion of the manual is kind of low res. Here's the best I could make it. It'll probably print reasonably but on screen the text came out like crap.

Too big to attach so RapidShare has it. Good for 10 downloads or 60 days. Hope it helps!

I tried for 10 minutes to download it. I don't want to pay $13 USD to download 550k. I'll PM you with my gmail account.

Once it's complete I'll most defiantly post the completed color version.

Geez, Rapidshare's out of capacity? Crazy.

I'll email it over to you. For anyone else that wants it - give it a go in the evenings when less people are hammering RS.

Edit:
Dropped it on Hotfile. Maybe that'll work better.

This took way longer than I had anticipated. Here it is. Let me know if you spot any mistakes. I tried to make it as close as possible to original.

Not a problem. I think my next stop will be Kinko's to make a laminated version for my garage.
