76 side covers on a 78

Hey guys, found some decent side covers from a 76, will they work on my 78 at all? Thanks in advance

78 cb750f, side covers are off a 76, dont know if it was an f or a k bike though

pretty sure 77 and 78's are different than 76 and older.

Only one side is interchangeable.  I forget which side, though.

if its the left/electronics side then thats really all I care about. Bike looks fine without the right side cover over the oil tank but the left side is hideous with all the ugly electronics

If the side covers are off a 76 CB750F only the right side will fit your 78. The left side cover  will not fit.

if they are from a 76 K neither left or right will fit. If 76 F only right will.
