Without a doubt a nice bike, you can tell they put some cash into it........but selling for $8,600.00?  I will be interested to see if this one sells.

This is a relisting. Last week it got to ~$4900 (reserve not met). Surprised me.

You can tell the seller wasnt shy about spending money on his cafe.  Trying to get some back though.  Just the tank, seat, and paint would be some good $$.

i asked him some questions about his build and complimented the looks and he gave me the most vague answer, def. doesn't know what he's talking about.  and when i asked him for more details he asked if i wanted to buy it, so i told him not for that price it was WAY too much.  i wished him good luck on the sale and he told me to f**k off...  i doubt he'll get half his reserve

Now, I'm not saying that I am the world's greatest rider, but isn't "The bike starts easy, rides, handles, stops very nice for a street bike and gets 40mpg." kinda what sportbikes do? Like, handle, run, stop?   :(

   Maybe he's just trying to recoup EVERY DOLLAR he's ever spent on it, which isn't gonna happen.  Maybe Brad Pitt will spot it and have mercy.

I saw that listing too. Saw he used the word "patina"  in there. An 8k bike with "patina" toooooooshhh-  Made me feel that the market value for my bike was climbing though :)

Cafe bikes are getting alot more popular in america lately . Seems it might be the next big thing . People seemed bored about with the chopper craze, seems they see this (cafe builds)as a sub culture to it.
Wouldnt be suprised if they came up with "East Coast Cafe's" on the Speed channel or  Discovery. DING- I am gonna go TM that right now ! I can see it now .... How long  till I too have T-shirts in Wal-mart ????? That Maltese Cross is gonna be tough to beat though ;D
