  I am about to restrore a 1976 Moto martin  backbone frame.It will be ultralight.The front forks  will  possiby be
78 cb 750ss forks or cb 550 ss forks or opossibly ceirianis I'd like fork recommomdatioms andspesially tymkim size bearimgsto fir the wider martins neck.

I apologise for confusoin in the post in i had cateract surgury 2 days ago and cant realley see the screen. Thanks

Georges, im about to start building my moto martin. I plan to use eigther a 78 750 ss fork ora 550 ss front end What bearings would match up to these stems? I'sorry about my spelling bought i just had cateract surgery and cant really see the keypadCavebear

My english langage is poor, and it's no better with the translator, your question is about the fork and i'm not sure all understand.

In first time the frame MARTIN use the standard fork, after sometime MARZOCCHI or CERIANI.

The better is a MARZOCCHI 38 from 1000 LAVERDA with P08 BREMBO brake ;)

lovely picture, reminds me of the old sign painter who did all the pin striping on my restored Matchelss G80S tank by hand, they were perfect.
