Racing project with MARTIN frame for 500 HONDA Four
« on: February 04, 2010, 01:25:38 AM »
I found a MARTIN frame four 500 HONDA four, not easy because no more 10 were built

One 500 Four MARTIN and nude frame.

The engine of Benelli sei is a copy of the 500 Four Honda with two cylinder more, i always said that it's possible to put the six in a frame for four.

New pics of projects after because i must resize them.

either you're not married or have the best spouse anyone could hope for.  ;D

i have the picture of the black 500 but didn't think to post; while scanning the 'net i came across a french forum and saw that you were there. clearly, and understandably, you have more images and leads than i.

love those pix of the benelli bare frame. any of engine details?

btw: always thought a cr750 faired honda would look great in french racing blue bleu.

Dear ECOSSE and COLIN, i don't know if i all understand, for the project take a date in few weeks i have few engine of Benelli sei, i think that i'll put a 750 in the frame (same size than 900), because it's more speddy to climb in regime engine, for the black 500 Martin it's possible to have other pictures if you want, but now the biker brake the Honda engine and put a Benelli 500 in the frame.

Excuse me for my langage but english it's hard for me ;)

If you have need some french question ask me.

so you HAVE benelli motors? could you take detail pictures of the motor in and outside? very curious!

so envious. i thought you were building a replica with honda power.

do benelli and honda motors have same mounting points?

have you made these frames?

sorry but my questions are never ending.  ;D

to be clear: is the black 500 yours?

i've posted that bike on this forum as i love "spine frame" motorcycles.

is your tank fiberglass?

i will pass along any information i can dig up about these "italian hondas".

(thanks for the benelli engine diagram!)

Georges,

I i am starting to build a Moto Martin backbone frame chassis # 350 for a CB 750. Any information from you or the forum would be appreciated. The first thing to do is to covert the backbone to oil in fame, capacity about 1 gallon. Next I haven't found a suitable gas tank for the bike and would like to know the tank measurment such as width, length and height and how much gas can it hold and is it made out of fiberglass? And do you have a tank like that for sale?
To be clear  i am talking about the gas tank on the bike on the kitchen table
              Thanks,
                                       Mike

Georges, Grandes photos ! Merci,

Mike

Hello dear friends,

You can see theses parts on

But you have need to make a free inscription and a présentation.

The builder can do everythinks you want, spécial tank or spécial oil tank for 750 Four.

Egli, MARTIN, JAPAUTO

He make parts of the standard frame too.

He made my tank and my seet you can see on my MARTIN frame.

I hope you'll find that you want.
