Have you ran it enough to give a review of the charging system, maybe pros and cons

The charging system seems to be fine. I only have maybe 100 miles on it at this point. I would reccomend it. My only real complaint is that the epoxy on the stator is brown instead of black. I am going to paint it over the winter. I am only running a small battery to give the ignition enough juice to kick start the bike. I am not using a starter. I also changed the tail light to a LED light. So it doesnt really tax the charging system too much.

Where did you buy the left and right handlbar switch's?  Great looking bike.

Those are just the stock cbr600rr switches. They came with the front end when i bought it.

Most of the fab work is done at this point except the seat. Once that is done I will be tearing it down to clean up my welds and have the frame powder coated. I plan on a few engine upgrades as well. The paint will be mostly black and flat black with some gold accents. I just need spring to get here so I can paint again.

I havent done any measurments as far as rake and trail but the bike seems to handle pretty well so far. I live on some country back roads and have had the bike to about 90 so far with no handleing problems.

Do not Grind structural welds.
If you do anything just use a sanding disc (flapwheel) not a grinding wheel.
In a split second a grinding wheel can go through half the thickness of that 1/16 inch thick frame tube!!
