hey guys. on my 01 spirit 750 i have forward controls and i'd like to go with mid controls. any ideas as to the best way to do this? i was thinking i could weld some threaded "bungs" onto the bottom frame rail on each side and re-use the stock controls. this is just an idea, but if anyone has ideas, i would love to hear them!
oh ya, it's a hard tail with a slightly lowered front, so the frame is 2" or less from the ground... i have a springer seat on the rear and currently have some wide drag bars, but those might be narrowed if i get the mid controls. thanks guys.
