Cb550k gearbox problem

My CB550k3 1977, will only go into 1st and 2nd, try for 3rd and you get a neutral, but you can still go back to 2nd and 1st.  Also jumps out of 1st into neutral

Any body got any ideas please?

Time to pull the clutch, likely your trouble is with the shifting mechanism there. It's a simple set-up and something has likely come loose.
