Dremel or somesuch scroll saw? Usable?
« on: February 09, 2010, 08:48:44 PM »
Looking to accumulate some tools in a pretty limited space and wondering if something like this would be worth while for steel/aluminum up to 1/4"?

Better off with a hack saw?

those are pretty useless for metal. i found a used metal bandsaw on craigsliist i paid 100 dollars for. look for a bandsaw with at least a 1/2" wide blade.
Of all God's creatures there is only one that cannot be made the slave of the lash. That one is the cat. If man could be crossed with the cat it would improve man, but it would deteriorate the cat.
