Man, I dunno.

I've been learning things about elevation density. Some places, because of weather patterns, have strange air densities that don't match up with their actual elevations.

That being said, there's about (I think) a 10.5% difference in air density between those two altitudes, all else being equal. What kind of jets do you have, the ones that are measured by orifice size, or flow volume? If flow volume, then drop by about 10%.. which would put you back at the 100's. Honestly, the other ones would prolly, too.
No.

I have no clue what type jets they are, when I rebuilt the CV carbs all i know is the jets in it were correct size as to what the book said it should have from the factory. I took the muffler off wanted to make sure under a hard load the engine did not run lean. local honda dealer told me of a honda shop forman that worked on these when they were new, called him he said that generally back then when the mufflers were removed it took 10 percent on the jetting, all i could find was the bigger main jet so i went from 100 to 110. Right now i have some of those little 3 inch long cone filters don't think much of them, so i bought some larger foam type filters. All i can think up to do is with the muffler off but going into thinner air just go back to the original 100 jets, probably just leave the 110s in bring the smaller jets with me see what happens.
Thought maybe someone on the forum that lives at say mile high denver might be able to tell me a good plan.
