Favorite pocket / keychain tool
« on: October 16, 2018, 11:56:38 PM »
Maybe this has been covered here before but I wanted to share my favorite compact/keychain tool - I never the leave the house without it.

Swiss+Tech Screwz-All-4-In-1 keychain tool. It saved me numerous times on the road, at work and at home and I thought it might be worth mentioning here. I love the construction, small size, and it has a cool release function when you pinch on the hoop that it’s attached to. The Phillips on this is not quite JIS but closer to a #2 and has gotten me out of jambs many times.

What’s the compact tool that’s on your keychain or that you never leave home without?

Anybody know of a keychain tool that has a lightweight and low-profile 10mm socket wrench, or a cool way of adapting one?

Likewise, I don’t like carrying many keys either and keep my bike keys apart from the others. I wear the tools and other keys on a carabiner through one of my belt hoops.
