Ha ha, you're dreaming mate. Back in the 1970's there was a rear disc conversion kit for a CB750 that was mega-expensive and disappeared soon after the first rear disc braked CB750's were released, because people found it cheaper to buy the parts from a wrecked CB750F/F1 and do their own conversion.
To be honest though, the early "F" rear disc setups were horrible, and caused more crashes than they've helped avoid. The F2/F3 rear discs were less "grabby" and not as prone to lock up as the F/F1, but really, apart from aesthetics, you don't need a rear disc, and would be better off converting your front brakes to dual disc to get maximum stopping power.
