Will a 81 CB650 exhaust fit a 76 CB550F? Can someone measure their exhaust?

I am looking for an exhaust for my CB550F 76, and I found one from an 81 CB650 for $30. Would it fit? Probably just a 1/2 inch off or something eh?  Could any of you measure the distance between 1st and 4th header pipes on their CB650?

CL to CL is about 10 7/8.  Just using a tape.  The inner two cyls angle inwards and the outer two angle out.

anyone used a MAC exhaust?

Thanks. I am away from my bike right now but it measured about 12 1/8" from outer edge to outer edge. I hope it works, otherwise I will go for an exhaust from

They have the MAC exhaust for 184.99. I hope it works well. Anyone used that?

The 650 block is I believe slightly taller than the 550 about .5", don't know if this would effect the pipes, worth further investigation maybe. ???

For $30 I can't see how you could go wrong. Could always sell them again for that price.
