'78 550K turn signals
« on: February 23, 2010, 10:23:24 AM »
Looking for some options on my blinkers....my 550K currently has them welded to the sides of the seatrail. I would like to ditch the seat rail and the large blinkers and put some smaller ones on the frame. Any pics or suggestions? Thanks!

The mounting tabs for the signals are welded to the grab bar, but the signal stalks themselves should just be bolted to the tabs.  These are the turn signals I have on my '76 550K.

If you do a little ebay browsing you'll find a bunch of guys selling small inexpensive blinkers. If you just walk shorter stalks but want to keep a stock style lens, Mikesxs sells a short stalk stock style blinker (tongue twister.....).

Hey, elmarko....I'd be happy to sell them for shipping plus a small amount (whatever you think is fair).....provided I can figure something out in regards to my question. Anyone? There has got to be someone with a 78 550K that has relocated the signals off the bar.
