I wouldn't pay near either of those asking prices. An assortment of bad parts that would more than likely be replaced by better pieces during the rebuild. Frame numbers and papers mostly.

  You go getting into those 2 stroke twins and triples, taking care of crankshaft seals, ( there is a seal between each cylinder and 2 strokes HAVE to be SEALED, to run properly) can get costly. The triples bring a good amount of money, but it can COST as well!

It's not a LTD, the guy does not know what he has! I would pay $500 for that in a heartbeat, it's probably worth nearly twice that.
