Hey cbjunkie, "whatcher packin' near boah?"  (what sort of gun is that?)

In the avatar the guy has an extra large can of Heinz Baked Beans out the front of his bike if you don't get it.

It's still a Honda sohc engine he's on, he's cool.

That new avatar should ease your mind a bit Bill. She is a Single-Under-Foot-Dog with 4 on the floor...P.S. Every man should own a dog at least once in their life.

Is that your Matchless in your avatar Bill? Nice ol' bike, I remember when you could buy one in my home town for a couple of hundred bucks? man, I wish I had a couple of hundered bucks back then? Oh well................. Cheers, Terry. ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Raul - if only you knew...here in the MidWest the natives actually speak that way - the main interstate highway that runs East/West through Saint Louis is 64/40 and there is another, HWY 44, pronounced, respectively

"SixtyFar/Farty" and "FartyFar" - i'm not kidding - i think it's the heavy German influence... :D

junkie out.

wow. that works out phonetically just EXACTLY like someone from Mississippi would say it, which is where i'm from...

in answer: I don't know exactly - its a film still from the movie "...If...", that's a young Malcolm Macdowell.
A British public school flick - it's a movie I saw years ago when i was still in my early 20's and it made a big impression on me - for me it was all about the freedom and chaos of youth, there's a cool motorcycle scene in it and a naked chick, too...and some dude sleeping in a big drawer.  ???

Terry,

I wish that the Matchless was mine. Instead it is only a picture of one of the bikes that I can only dream of having. I have always admired the big Matchless Typhoon (600cc), AJS, Norton Manx and BSA Gold Star (50's) Those things go for high dollar, if you can find one for sale. I also like the Norton Commando and the Royal Enfield (the Bullets are alright but, I'd like to have an Interceptor. Have you heard the saying, "a fool & his money are soon parted"? Well, me & my money don't get together and that makes it hard to be soon parted.        Later on, Bill
