i know that the 77/78 cb750f cam has more lift and duration than the earlier k and f cams, i'm just wondering what the actual specs are on the late f cams. i did a search and had no luck

Somewhere on here somebody was asking about interchangeability, and I think Hondaman said that the F cam was timed differently for emissions. Also recall hearing that they have less overlap, so they are kinda sluggish in comparison to the K cam.

i did an adjustable cam sprocket so the timing wont be a problem, and with the compression going up (getting between .020 and .030 taken off the deck surface of the head) i dont think i'll lose any bottom end.

K0 supposedly had lumpiest stock cam, or so Ive heard. Good luck finding one, though. Unobtanium.
