Cam star wheel conversion on 1981 cb750f

Hey ya'll. I'm new here and in the motorcycle world and I have a question. I recently bought a 1981 cb750F. I'm wondering if I can switch the hideous cam stars for spoke wheels... Any help helps.

I know the same years 650's had a standard model with spokes and a custom with comstars and they will interchange.  Maybe the 750's had a simular models?  I also think the 79 750 had spokes maybe they will swap.   Also try here.
