Starting a New Cafe

Got this bike for free was sitting in a barn for a long time I took it home and started cleaning right away everything was pretty bad but the carbs where the worse i have a before and after shot is gonna need some work but it has the right stuff to make a nice cafe so now the bike count is up to 2 and this weekend maybe 3 going to look at a honda v45 here.http://www.flickr.com/photos/41466005@N05/4439154601/in/photostream/

Worked on it again tonight and got it to run but it has a small miss where it blows back on my hand through the carbs any ideas? just on piston 4 thou heres the vid of it running
