what year bike do i have?

F sidecovers, F seat and tank, assumingly F frame, no dual discs on front.

Looks like a hybrid, F0 or F1 that's been painted with a K front fork assy. Note the single disc and two stays on the fender. Engines not blacked out so not likely a 77 or 78.
