Not sure of the vessels name. It is a rail car transport boat that goes between Nanaimo and Vancouver.
Found this though, seems to fit
"Another interesting barge built in British Columbia in 1967 was the 320-foot self-propelled trailer and rail car barge Doris Yorke of 3,000 tons, constructed by Victoria Machinery Depot for Vancouver Island-mainland operation by F. M. Yorke & Son. Gordon Newell, Maritime Events of 1967, H. W. McCurdy Marine History of the Pacific Northwest 1966 to 1976, p.XXXIX."
"A double-deck railway train and trailer transport, the self-propelled barge Doris Yorke, the last vessel launched at Victoria Machinery Depot before the yard was closed, was placed on the Canadian Pacific Railway run from Vancouver to Nanaimo, replacing the earlier single-deck barge Greg Yorke, which transferred to the Canadian national route between Tilbury Island and Victoria. The 325 x 56.8-foot Doris Yorke, powered by four Caterpillar diesels geared to twin-screw shafts, was designed to carry 25 rail cars on her main deck and 26 trailers on the upper deck. She was placed in service by F. M. Yorke & Son Ltd in charge of Capt. Desmond Rogers-Tilston, formerly master of the ferry Island Princess running between Alert Bay and Kelsey Bay. Gordon Newell, Maritime Events of 1968, H. W. McCurdy Marine History of the Pacific Northwest 1966 to 1975, p.42.
