WTF do these Go???
« on: March 07, 2010, 07:34:25 PM »
I took four dome nuts with 2 copper washers a week ago or so and I can not remember where the hell I took them off. Its going to bug me for the rest of my life if I dont find out where they go. If any one could help I would be very grateful.

On the grab bar or the shock mount?
My dog loves me for the person I try to be.  Either that or he's hungry.

Someone will know for sure, but copper washers are generally used to seal unions, like oil lines or hydraulic lines.
Take care,
David

They are cylinder head nuts.  Sorry I don't have a the fiche handy, but they definitely are some of the nuts that hold on the cylinder head.
