While fixing and testing all my wiring I found this item in the box, I have no idea what it is and nothing I can find in the shop manual even looks close. It is solid except where the green and black wires exit, it seems like a rubber plug. And there is one wire black w/green stripe that connects to the bottom with a spade connector. It reminds me of some type of ballast for lights but I haven't a clue.
