wow glad i can thread jacked in a how to forum and before any body says anything about me being gone this was supposed to help people not make someone money considering removing all my post now

Wow... slow down man. This was not my intention at all to high jack! I was just gloating a bit while trying to see if this was a viable bussiness option. To this date I have sold 0 of these things, although I am in the works with one person and have gave 1 set away just to help spread the word a bit. So as I see it you can look at this 1 of 2 ways (and yes I have read the rest of your comments, and still feel that this is necessary to say)
1. Because I got in this thread and started showing off/ asking questions I have kept your thread close to the top of the list for the last few weeks and in doing so a lot of people have looked at not only how you did your mod, but also looked at mine. This has help your thread and me at the same time because you started it! (kind of a 2 for 1) So your initial thought still rang through... just a bit more than what you originally intended.
2. You can go on a flame war hell bent on making this thread completely unreadable from all the stuff that you and whoever else posts, making this a dead thread and forcing the mods to remove it... in the end only helping the people up to this point and no one after (because it will be deleted).
I apologize for the jacking now! Hind sight being 20-20 I should have made my own thread and just added one post to yours (if at all) letting people see what I did... and then trying to pimp my stuff. I hope that this does not turn you off to this sight (because of this thread and the other that you started) because there is just to much knowledge and ingenuity here on this site that I think you would be hard pressed to fine anywhere else.
Regards,
Tom

can I steal your idea and make millions, then tell everyone I thought of it first, and use my power and money to frame you for the assassination of the prime minister of some foreign country thereby having you thrown into prison for trying to sue me for rights and royalties?
??? ;D

Citadel Paints makes gold for plastic. It's model paint meant for Warhammer pieces, but it would work just as well for this.

Hey Crash have you considered just using VHT Nightshade on the clear plastic lenses and then do IC's halo mod? (which would be dirt cheap like 20 including the paint).... Hmm think I may have just come up with what I am gonna do with those 650 gauges IC.  ;D

I will give you props for the idea though Crash

And don't worry crash if I do it I'll start my own thread lol.
