Reminds me of my neighbour whose motormower pull start was broken so he always started it with a rechargable electric screwdriver with a socket on the end, worked like a charm. ;)

I think the thing I most like about motorcycling is the speed at which my brain must process information at to avoid the numb skulls who are eating pies, playing the ukulele, applying make-up etc in the comfort of their airconditioned armchairs as they make random attempts to kill me!!!!!!!

What about the old CZ where the gearlever and kickstart were the same lever!!! You pushed the lever inwards and rotated it to make it a kickstart

         Yeah, the jawas were that way too, I've got a 60's Jawa 250 with that feature AND the clutch mechanism that allows you to shift without touching the clutch lever. ;)

that was a cool little rebel. it made me look at those in a different light, maybe a little hot rod rebel could be a future project bike.......................if i ever get the suzuki titan off the lift

Cycle magazine had a test on the first 750 v-twin Ducati and I believe that one of the editors could start it by hand.  Was supposed to freak out HD owners.
