CB750 cranks and rods
« on: March 11, 2010, 02:37:40 PM »
Are Cb750 cranks and rods interchangeable? For example can I put F2 rods on a K3 crank in a F1 case?

I would have to measure for bearings of course. Are there any other considerations that I would have to make? Are they pretty much mix-n-match?

Thanks in advance.

Great, thanks!

Now if you're still there, how about cam towers? I suspect F1 head needs F1 cam holders?

I'm starting to see a "parts bike" on my future. :-[

I think the only different towers were the F2/3
Semi Geriatric ex-Honda mechanic and MOT tester (UK version of annual inspection). Garage full of "projects" mostly 500/4 from pre 73 (no road tax in UK).
