Starving for air or fuel? '78 CB750k
« on: April 24, 2005, 08:06:43 PM »
I've recently removed and cleaned my carbs after they were stored dry for the winter.

The bike now runs well for a while, but starts to bog down, badly, after the engine heats up from driving. It seems only to bog under load. The motor runs pretty well on the centre stand, before and after being driven.

I think its likely an a:f problem. Any ideas?

Have a look at the carb FAQ - there are some tips there which will help you identify the cause of your trouble BEFORE you need to start messing with the carbs.

That's what I'd look at first.
