got a kerker from Ebay.  It was spraybombed black and the paint didn't stay once I began riding the bike.  Im looking to get it sandblasted(all chrome off) and powdercoated.  Has anyone done this?  I want to make sure the header wont change shape and not fit when I get it back.  Feedback?

On another note, I finished the bike and have put about 100 miles on it in the last week.  I posted pics before but these are much better and show all the new parts installed.  The carbs aren't tuned the best, the seat is hard, the pegs are high, its pretty uncomfortable.........but it looks sweet!

Thanks for all the help finding parts, giving advice, and support......great site and great dudes

You'd want to do a high temp ceramic based coating. Any decent powdercoat shop can do this. A tip, check the services offered automotive section of CL. There's a shop locally that cuts you a deal if you contact him through that.
