CB550 Rear Sets

Can anyone identify the manufacturer of these rear sets? I found them on a UK blog site for Andy's Honda Racer but, can't find a way to contact Andy to see where he got them.

looking as this bloke's bike, they might be one offs, the guy did his own triple clamps too.

A different picture showed a logo for Moto R which I found out is now a defunct company. Speedwerks bought out their stock, but I still don't know which model Andy used. he has a thread here http://forums.sohc4.net/index.php?topic=64213.0 but so far no reply.
