Left control switch contact
« on: January 16, 2006, 11:56:22 AM »
While trying to diagnose the non functioning right blinker on my CB750K8 I lost one of the two switch contacts. Doh!
I guess I'll have to ebay for one but seems silly to buy the whole control just for the contact...

You might try a dealer. I got just the small starter button and spring just this past summer for a 1970K. Never thought they could get it for a bike that old.Dannie

Yeah, it seems a shame to buy a whole control assembly for just one tiny switch.  On the other hand, if yours is faded to gray, that might make the expense a little easier to take.  Take a look at e-bay item number  4587646055.  This fellow is charging a little over half of what appears to be the going price for a new switch assembly.

I see a left control on ebay ($5 US) for a 750F. Is it the same as a K?

Thanks
