Where's my idle adjustment screw ('74 CB550)?

Greetings.
This is an easy one:  I need to adjust the idle on my bike, but there's no idle screw where the manual says it should be.  I've looked all over for anything remotely resembling an idle screw but am coming up zip.   Can anyone clue me in?

Right side under tank sort of..ONe screw adjusts the whole rack on my 76
