These wonderful little birds are great flyers, delicious eating, excellent for training your hunting dog, and just fun to shoot,or stuff and keep around the house.  Bobwhites can be put with other types of Quail and have very large penis's.  Quail are very popular with the babes.

Late 1977 production, build date 10/77. Came off a super sport but Can not swear it is original to that. (but I believe it is)

I have the left and right if you just want to bolt them on while continuing your holy quest. ;D

The photo in my post.

The suggestion was to put the two I have on until you find one of yours.

If your like me the sight of a panel with a missing badge drives you insane.

I Hate it when my badges fall off.

Quail,
FWIW, my '78 had the emblem with the decal and stripe that said K. Where'd you lose it and how much is the reward? :-\

P.S. when I repainted the bike last year, (metal flake silver) I sold the emblems for $5 each. and had them airbrushed back on. That cost about $100. But they never fell off as long as I owned it.

The 77K cover is the picture you are using for your logo. The picture you posted is the correct cover for the 78K. the 77 had the 750 & K  as one emblem  The 78 had the 750 as the emblem and the K as a decal.

The shame has forced me to ride only in the darkness of night.  Yes it drives me crazy.

To answer the question posted as to the area I lost it.  " I think it was still on when I passed that herd of Oreo cows down on Smith road, but when I stopped to check my gas over by that Amish cheese farm I noticed it was gone.  LOL You have to live here to under stand it, Its. like saying I lost it in a corn field in Nebraska.

Man I was hoping the 77 was the right one.  That has class.  The 78 with the painted k looks cheap.  But I am one to keep thing orig so I will have to chage my icon.
