Ill be planting my Jalapenos soon. They grow and grow! 12 plants three to a pot. Yield 20-30 every week!Soooooo......
  Stuff them.
  Cut in half lengthwise.
De seed them. That way they dont tear you up inside.
  Fill with cream cheese.
Add a sliver of Sharp cheddar cheese.(the white stuff,Cabot or some other knockoff)
Cut a slice of bacon in 1/4s(lengthwise then in half) and wrap 4 peppers.(repeat till all are wrapped)
Bake on a sheet pan slowly about 375 till bacon is done enough for you.
Let cool a little and eat them all day til there gone!

These are so good! I cannot wait till Im making these weekly again.

So, the strategy is to lie to people you are asking for help?

I think I'll be busy going for a ride.

Good luck!

1 packet yeast
1 tsp salt
2 tsp Olive oil
2/3 cup +2 tbsb hot tap water
 2 cups flour
combine all but 1 cup flour in food processor
pulse and add the second cup flour
knead lightly with a little flour place in oiled bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Turn oven to 450 and raid fridge for pizza toppings cheese and tomato sauce. after 15min punch the dough and roll it in a circle on a floured sheetpan. add sauce cheese toppings and bake for 12-15mins.
Its really easy and alot cheaper than takeout and better than frozen. If anyone has a simpler dough recipe for one 16 inch pizza id like to see it. As a Chef for a living I find the easier the better. Thats the family secret usually ;D

that looks alot like my pizza dough recipie, i add a bit of dried milk solids to mine.
